DADE COUNTY, Ga. — Dade County EMS rescued a Georgia Forestry Commission employee in the woods near a wildfire Thursday night.
Dade County EMS says they worked along with several crews to extricate the employee from the woods at the Murphy Hollow Road wildfire.
They say the person has a possible broken leg.
Dade County EMS says they were taken to the hospital.
Dade County EMS says the employee won't be identified.
The wildfire in Dade County is still ongoing.
