LIVINGSTON, Wis. -- Law enforcement officials are recommending an Iowa-Grant School District staff member be charged with physical abuse of a child following an unspecified incident at a school last month, authorities said Monday.
In a news release, the Iowa County Sheriff's Office said it has referred a single charge of physical abuse of a child -- recklessly causing bodily harm against Kirby Grutz, 30, of Mineral Point, to the county's district attorney's office.
