Police identified the victim as 19-year-old Ethan Holder, a paraprofessional working at P.S. 203 Floyd Bennett School.
On Wednesday, police arrested a suspect, Javier Oates, 19, and charged him with murder, criminal possessions of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm, officials said.
