Leadership Johnson County will be hosting an employee engagement workshop later this month.
The “Pivot, Change and Remain Engaged As A Team! Tackling Workplace Engagement In An Ever-Changing Environment” workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to noon April 21 at the Johnson County Armory, 325 Minuteman Way, Franklin.
The workshop will focus on workplace culture and how employers can create a engaging environment regardless of whether employees are on-site, remote or engaging in a combination of the two. A recent Gallup poll showed only 15% of employees worldwide and 34% of employees in the U.S. reported they are truly engaged in their workplace. More than three-fourths of employees also reported their work is important or very important to them, according to the news release
Tickets are $49 per person for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates; Franklin College alumni; Franklin and Indy Chamber of Commerce members; and Aspire members. General public pricing is $59 per person and group discounts are available, the news release says.

The workshop is sponsored by Indiana American Water.
