ANN ARBOR, MI — While Ann Arbor has grappled with a structural budget deficit, the city has spent over $10 million on employee overtime costs in the last three years, records obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show.
City leaders have mixed feelings about the city’s large OT costs, which have grown over time but dipped in 2020 with the pandemic.
