Etsy Inc.’s score for employee engagement and development increased more from a year earlier than that of any other company in the latest Management Top 250, followed by McCormick & Co. and Corteva Inc.

The Management Top 250 ranking, developed by the Drucker Institute, measures corporate effectiveness by examining performance in five categories: customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility and financial strength.

Etsy’s employee score increased 15.7 points from a year earlier to 67.8, McCormick’s score for the category rose 9.9 points to 62.2 and Corteva’s climbed 9.7 points to 55.4. Etsy’s score is the highest for any of the companies with the 10 biggest increases. You can see the top companies for employee engagement and development in the Management Top 250 here.

Corteva also had one of the 10 biggest gains in overall score from a year earlier and one of the biggest gains in innovation. It ranks No. 180 overall. Etsy ranks highest overall among the biggest gainers in employee engagement and development, at No. 28. Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. is next overall, at No. 55.
